This manual is a working reference for real coaching situations. It is designed to help you prepare for coaching conversations, navigate ethical and role-boundary decisions, integrate strengths and behavioural insight, and translate insight into observable change. You do not need to read it front to back. Use the Table of Contents to jump to what you need: • Before a session: use the Preparation Checklists and the Discover-Define-Do Session Map. • During a session: use the question banks, scripts, and decision guides. • After a session: use the Reflection Prompts, coaching notes template, and 30-90 day integration tools. • When you are unsure: use the Ethics and Boundary Playbook and the ‘Should I Coach This?’ decision tree.
